Description
The multimeter is an excellent instrument for testing circuits in electrical and electronic applications. It is capable of measuring resistance, current, and voltage. The components of multimeter leads include cables, plugs, probes, and insulation. The leads of the multimeter must be constructed of a conducting material that permits current to flow through in order to be able to measure current, voltage, and resistance. Copper is the material selected for the wire because it is an excellent conductor. Additionally, the insulation material is used to wrap the wires to shield you from currents.
This pair of testing leads may be used with most multimeters and is a versatile testing probe. These lead pairs can be utilized in testers and power supplies in addition to multimeters. It is suited for use in high voltage testing without any risk of electric shock thanks to proper insulation. Positive and negative rails are each represented by two different colors. Test leads with caps are also available, and they can be kept in locations without worrying about their sharp points.
The test lead’s high-quality copper wires enable it to be used for current level testing up to 10A. The test leads can withstand testing voltages of up to 1000V. Multimeter probes come in a wide variety of varieties. One black and one red multimeter probe are included in this combination.
Multimeter Test lead Applications:
- AC Voltage level testing
- Multimeter test leads replacements
- Various Electronics Testing
- Current flow measurement with Multimeter
- Can be used with Bench PSU and Function generator
